How fast do I get my access?
Delivery is automatic. As soon as the blockchain confirms your transaction, the gateway notifies us and your credentials appear on your private order page — typically within a few minutes.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin, DAI. Stablecoins are supported on multiple networks (ERC-20, BEP-20 and TRC-20), and you pick the exact network on the checkout page before the invoice is created.
I sent a token on the wrong network. Can you recover it?
No. On-chain transfers are irreversible and the funds never pass through us. Always match the network label shown next to the coin at checkout.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. There is no sign-up, no email, no phone number and no card. You pay and receive a ready-made streaming account.
What do you actually store about me?
A random order reference, the plan, the amount and the payment status. Operational logs keep masked IP addresses only and are rotated automatically. There is no customer database.
Can I download the videos?
No. Everything is streamed directly. Downloads are disabled by design — it protects the collection and leaves nothing on your device.
How large is the library?
80,000+ titles across roughly 231 TB of archive, with about 350+ new titles added every week. Nothing is ever rotated out.
What quality do titles stream in?
Adaptive streaming up to 4K UHD, stepping down automatically on slower connections. Restored masters are genuine high-resolution scans, never upscaled.
How many devices can I use?
It depends on the plan — from one active device on the monthly plan up to four on the yearly plan. Playback resumes across devices.
I paid but still see the "confirming" page.
That is normal while the network confirms. The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds. If more than an hour passes, email support with your order reference.
Can I get a refund?
Crypto payments are final, so refunds are only issued if we cannot deliver access — for example if stock runs out after payment. In that case we refund in full.
Is my order link private?
Yes. Every order gets a long random reference that cannot be guessed or enumerated. Keep the link to yourself, since anyone holding it can view the credentials once.
